Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Motivly. By creating an account or using the Motivly service, you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

Motivly is a software platform that helps businesses grow Google reviews and motivate staff via leaderboards based on review mentions. Features and pricing may evolve over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you connect.

4. Google Business Profile connection

You authorise Motivly to access your Google Business Profile data using OAuth scopes you grant. You can revoke access at any time. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each Google Business Profile to Motivly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Motivly to incentivise, gate, or manipulate Google reviews in violation of Google's policies.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sub-license the service without our written consent.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure.

6. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. On termination we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties & liability

Motivly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
